Audits

The firm specializes in performing annual audits of condominium, homeowners and community associations. Typically the by-laws of the association will dictate an annual audit be performed in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

To be able to perform these audits, a firm needs to be registered with its governing body and undergo a “Peer Review” every three years. The firm has successfully completed the “Peer Review” process many times and has always received the highest rating.

The firm’s latest “Peer Review” report is also made part of this website for your review and inspection.

Additionally, in conjunction with the annual audit, if requested, I will attend one meeting with the Association’s board of directors to discuss the audit.

Also, after the audit is complete and approved by the board of directors, I will prepare the federal tax filings.
